2. Payments & Deposits

All payments made to Optimosis, including initial deposits and ongoing service fees, are non-refundable.

By initiating payment, you agree to these terms in full.

3. Project Cancellation

If you choose to cancel a project after it has begun:

  • You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Any remaining or unused portion of the project will not be refunded.

4. Dissatisfaction with Services
